I want to end this series in a similar fashion to how it started. Through movement. Today, choose to get outside and go for a walk. Putting your feet on the ground today, does it feel better or are you just more aware. I promise that if you don’t feel better today, that with regular use of these exercises your body will feel better. You might not be healed, if it is a bigger issue but taking ownership of what you can do is a step in the right direction.
Your body is not defined by what you choose to believe about it. But over time it will become restricted by those thoughts. Choose movement, choose awareness and choose to be an active participant in your health and wellness.
